Jennifer Lempp has provided quality professional learning tailored to the needs of our district and aligned to our district priorities for mathematics.  Ms. Lempp thoughtfully plans and facilitates professional learning that engages educators, encourages discussion and reflection on actionable next steps. We have partnered with Ms. Lempp for two years, and she continues to exceed our expectations. 

Working with Jennifer is a transformative experience! She tailors her sessions to meet teachers' needs in order to deeply explore the components of math workshop. Jennifer enthusiastically models math workshop as she facilitates conversations and engages teachers through hands-on experiences. She understands the complexity of being a teacher. As a result, teachers leave feeling valued, energized, and ready to take the resources and tools provided back to their classrooms.

Our district is incredibly lucky to partner with Jennifer Lempp as an educational consultant. Through our collaboration with Ms. Lempp, our district is forming a common definition of the math workshop model. From the moment I saw Jennifer present, I couldn’t wait to get her in front of our elementary staff. Jennifer is a joy to work with. She is responsive, collaborative, and highly professional. After our very first session, teachers commented, “She was realistic and positive, while not asking for unrealistic changes… her suggestions were easily digested and she was wonderful overall,” and “...her empathy for what happens in many math classes was appreciated. Strategies will be tried and tested.” Our elementary teachers described her as a engaging, refreshing, genuine, knowledgeable, clear, interesting, and informative. It is clear that Jennifer is always a teacher at heart, and her session was reflected this.
